8 slices of bread. White or wheat
8 large eggs
4 - 8 T. butter, softened
Small biscuit cutter

Directions:
Directions:
Spread butter on both sides of the bread. with a biscuit or cookie cutter, cut holes in all the slices. Set the bread circles aside.

Heat a skillet to med high and add one of your slices of buttered bread.
Break one egg into the hole and cook until it begins to brown and egg is beginning to cook. Flip piece of bread and cook the other side till it begins to brown or until egg is cooked to your preference.

After you've cooked both sides, put you bread circles in the skillet with some butter and brown them also.

Bappaw used to love to make this for breakfast. He would always chuckle and say it was "bachelor toast." He thought that was funny. We thought it was so special!
