8 boneless chicken breasts
8 slices Swiss or Provolone Cheese
8 thin slices of ham
½ cup plain flour
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 stick of butter
1 cup of chicken broth
2 cups pf whipping cream
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Powder
Ground Oregano

Preheat oven to 350º
Flatten chicken breasts to ¼ inch thickness. Sprinkle on both sides with salt and pepper. Place 1 cheese slice and 1 ham slice on each breast. Roll up breasts and secure with a tooth pick, Dredge in flour, shake off excess; then egg and finally in bread crumbs. Spray a baking dish with Pam and place, seam side down. Place 1 T of butter on each chicken roll.

Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes. While chicken is baking, combine broth and whipping cream; season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and oregano. Simmer on low, stirring until thickened; pour over chicken as it comes from the oven and serve.
