1 cup Italian salad dressing
2 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt, garlic powder, curry powder, paprika, and pepper
8 cod fillets (6 oz. each)
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a gallon Ziploc bag, combine the dressing, sugar and seasonings. Add the fish; seal the bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Drain and discard marinade; place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 3-4 inches from the heat source for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Place 1 tsp. of butter on each fillet; let stand until melted and serve.
