2 cups of meat removed from bones (soup bones or a small roast)
2 cups carrots sliced
3 cups rutabaga cut up
4 cups cabbage cut up
1 onion chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes
4 cups potatoes cut up
2 beef bouillon cubes
broth from meat

Dumplings:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp. seasoned salt
½ tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat in crock pot all day. Strain juice into large stock pot and remove meat from bones. Return meat to broth. Add enough water to cover vegetables. Add bouillon cubes and chopped vegetables, except for potatoes. Cook until rutabaga is about ½ done and add potatoes. Cook until veggies are tender. If adding dumplings they can be added just before veggies are done.

Dumplings:
Whip eggs with a fork, add milk, add dry ingredients. Blend well and drop by spoon full in boiling soup. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
