1. 1 center slice ham, ½" thick
2. 4 large sweet potatoes
3. 4 pineapple, sliced
4. 2 red apples
5. Cloves
6. ½ cup pineapple juice
7. ⅓ cup orange juice
8. 4 marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
1. Trim ham and cut into four pieces.
2. Pare the potatoes and cut a slice from two sides so they will lie flat.
3. Place potatoes in casserole with a piece of ham over each. Top each with slice of pineapple.
4. Cut apples in half, core and place cut side down on pineapple. Prick the skin and stick with cloves.
5. Pour juice over everything.
6. Bake for one hour at 350º.
7. Top each with marshmallow and brown under the broiler, about 1 minute,
