Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef 80% or higher
1 lb ground pork
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2/3 cup milk
1 eggs
4 cloves minced garlic ( some may like onion)
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix breadcrumbs with milk. let them soak for a couple minutes (it's supposed to be a bit wet not like cake).
Then mix the breadcrumb mixture to the meat. Season with garlic, salt and pepper. (add any other spices you may like)
Add egg.
Roll into golf ball size balls.
then you will cook in heated oil (I prefer olive oil) over medium to medium high heat to start in the skillet. Turn down once browned and cook at medium low until thoroughly done.
You can cook one to check seasoning then add anything if you need.

You can cut the recipe in half for a smaller batch.
