1 lb cubed flay iron steak
1 medium red onion - sliced
1 tomato - chopped
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic - minced
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Start by adding tomatoes and onion to frying pan and cook on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add oil. Next, add garlic and simmer for 2 minutes. Add meat and salt.
Cook until meat is cooked - about 8 to 10 minutes. Add black pepper to finish.
