1 lb. boneless top sirloin steak
1 tbsp. olive oil
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 ½ tbsp. butter
1 sprig fresh rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Let steak come to room temperature for 30 minutes; pat dry.
Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak and cook for 1 minute.
Add garlic butter and rosemary.
Cook tilting pan to pool butter and use spoon to baste steak with butter mixture.
Flip steak and cook until desired doneness.
Transfer to plate and cover for 10 minutes.
