1 box Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles
2 big jars Spaghetti Sauce (we like Ragu 6 Cheese or Meat; or Prego)
Browned Sausage - Hot & Mild, cooked together
16 Ounces Cottage Cheese - small curd
1 Egg
Salt & Pepper
3 ounces of Pepperoni, diced
Shredded Cheese - Mild Cheddar & Mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
1. Simmer Sauce with the cooked Sausage for awhile. Add some Italian Seasoning if desired.
2. Mix together the Cottage Cheese, Egg, Salt & Pepper, and Pepperoni in a bowl.
3. Put thin amount of Meat Sauce on bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
4. Layer the noodles (2 layers the first time—one going horizontally and then break in half and do vertically).
5. Spread a thin layer of Cottage Cheese Mixture.
6. Top with Meat Sauce.
7. Cover with Cheese.
8. Repeat all layers (May not have enough room to do 2 layers of Noodles the second time).
9. Cover with Parchment Paper and Foil.
10. Bake according to the directions on the back of your noodle box.
11. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
