6 Chicken Thighs with bone and skin
salt
lemon pepper
garlic powder
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash chicken thighs and dry thoroughly
2. Trim skin around the sides of the chicken thighs, but leave skin on the top completely. Rub in olive oil.
3. Generously sprinkle both sides with salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, paprika
4. Lightly oil baking sheet and place thighs skin side down
5. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour or more (uncovered)
6. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes
7. Flip thighs so skin side is on top. Be careful while flipping - you don't want to dislodge the skin)
8. Return to over and bake until the skin is well covered and crispy
