2 sticks salted butter
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbs vanilla bean paste
2 C plus 2 Tbs flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
2/3 C English toffee bits
4 oz semisweet chocolate chunks
6 Tbs chocolate rice cereal
6 Tbs M&Ms

Preheat oven to 350º. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In saucepan over medium-high heat, cook butter, swirling occasionally, until browned, 5-6 minutes. Pour into medium bowl. Add brown sugar and sugar and beat until combined. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla. Set aside.

In separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients in three increments, until fully incorporated. Add toffee, chocolate, half of rice cereal, and half of M&Ms. Fold until combined.

In small bowl, combine remaining cereal and M&Ms. Using 1/4-cup scoop, shape dough balls and roll into M&M and cereal mixture. Transfer to baking sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool for 10 minutes.

If baking from frozen, bake 14-16 minutes.
