32 tbsp. butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
5 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
½ lb. of nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with sugar, then combine with remaining ingredients. Form into six logs (1½" in diameter). Place in freezer until firm. Remove one roll at a time, as needed.

On day of baking, preheat oven to 350°.

Remove one roll from the freezer and allow it to slightly soften (about 15 minutes on the counter). Cut into thin slices (about an ⅛"). Place on ungreased baking sheet. Rewrap log and place back in freezer.

Bake in oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until crisp and slightly browned.
