2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp lemon rind
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg

Chill dough for 1-2 hours in fridge.

Roll out chilled dough 1/8 inch thick..

Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

Cool.

Fill with Jam. Glaze with icing sugar and sprinkles

This is mom's recipe. I have tried a couple of times and the dough seems very crumbly so hard to roll out. Used to be our favorites as kids.
