2 c. flour
2 heaping tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. powdered buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp salt

1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients together.
Then add wet ingredients & whisk

Bake on 350 degree griddle or pan.
Granny always put butter in her pan and that made them extra buttery and crispy.
