½ c. Butter or Shortening
¾ c. Sugar Substitute
2 tbsp. Water
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Egg, beaten
1 c. + 2 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
½ tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Salt
8 oz. bag Chocolate Chips, zero-sugar
½ c. Nuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º F.
2. Cream butter, mix in sugar substitute, water, and vanilla extract. Add egg.
3. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir butter into the mixture.
4. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts.
5. Scoop the cookie dough using a spoon or ice cream scoop and place them on the baking sheet 2 inches apart from each other. Press down.
6. Bake at 375º F. for 10-12 minutes.
7. Cool them on your baking sheet for 10 minutes then move to a wire rack and cool for another 10 minutes.
