1½ c. Apples, cored, chopped
6 oz. pkg. Butterscotch Chips (1 cup)
1 c. Walnuts, chopped
1 c. Raisins
1¼ c. Brown Sugar, firmly packed
½ c. Butter, softened
2 Eggs
¼ c. Milk
2 c. Flour
1½ tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. In a medium sized bowl, place apples, butterscotch chips, walnuts, raisins and mix well.
3. Combine sugar and butter, beat till creamy.
4. Add eggs and milk, beat until well blended.
5. Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and gradually stir into creamed mixture.
6. Blend in fruit and the butterscotch nut mixture.
7. Drop level tablespoons, 3 inches apart, onto well-greased cookie sheets.
8. Bake at 400° F for 8-10 minutes.
9. Remove from cookie sheets immediately.
