Grandma’s and Aunt Nickie’s Easy Chicken and Rice Casserole

4 chicken breasts cut into chunks
1 1/2 cup of rice
2 cans of Campbell’s Cream of Chicken soup
2 cans of Campbell’s Cream Mushroom soup
4 (soup can size) of water or chicken broth
1 packet of Lipton, Recipe Secrets onion dip/soup mix
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp pepper

2 cups of cheddar cheese optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine rice, chicken chunks, both soups, additional 4 soup cans of water/chicken broth, salt and pepper into glass or metal baking dish. Sprinkle Lipton onion packet on top and cook at 350 for 60minutes.

Option to sprinkle 2 cups of cheddar cheese on top for last 10 minutes of baking
