3 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Nutmeg
1 cup Butter, softened
1 ¼ cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla

Frosting:
½ cup Butter Flavored Crisco
4 cups Powdered Sugar
⅓ cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients just until well combined. Cover dough. Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight. Divide dough in half; roll out on a well floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on greased baking sheets.

Bake at 350º for 8 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned, do not over bake. Cool on wire racks. Frost and decorate as desired.

Frosting:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend until smooth and spreadable. May need to add more milk.
