3/4 c soften butter
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
1 sm box chocolate instant pudding mix
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/4 c flour
1 cup peppermint crunch baking chips (Andes)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars. Add other ingredients, stir in chips. Scoop with a small cookie sheet and place on a large cookie sheet and freeze about 30 minutes. Place in a freezer bag. Bake frozen cookies at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
