½ cup Butter (1 stick)
½ cup Cannola oil
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
1 Egg
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Cream of Tartar
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Vanilla
2 ¼ cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the first 4 ingredients. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate a couple of hours. Roll into balls. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar.

Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 350º.
