½ cup Butter (1 stick)
¼ cup Cisco (½ of a stick)
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Lemon Extract
1 tsp Almond Extract
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and flavors. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls. (Do not roll in sugar). Place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly w/ spoon or fork dipped in sugar. Do not make too thin.

Note: Do not put red and green sugar together. Use either red or green.

Can use ¾ cup all butter (1 ½ sticks) if you do not have Crisco.
