3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
¾ stick butter, melted
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, sugar, eggs, spice, and vanilla. Mix butter and milk. Pour into baking disk. Bake at 425º for 15-20 minutes.

Topping:

¾ c. flour
½ c. brown sugar
¾ stick butter
½ c. pecans

Mix and put on top, then bake 15 minutes at 400º.
