3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup sugar
⅔ cup shortening or butter
2 eggs
1 cup milk
Coating: melted butter, cinnamon and sugar

Directions:
Directions:
→ Mix the wet ingredients and then mix in the dry ingredients. Put in muffin pans and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Dip each muffin into butter and cinnamon sugar mixture.
