1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 cup chopped candied fruit (cherries)
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts (hazelnut,walnuts,almonds) optional
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons butter soften
1 large egg
3 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 tablespoon rum extract

Makes small of cookies i 3 times the recipe

Medium bowl whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, candid fruit, chocolate chips and nuts

Beat together sugar and butter until light & fluffy for 2 minutes, then add egg, orange juice and rum extract. Beat for 2 minutes.

Add flour mixture to cream mixture and mix. Drop by spoonful on parchment paper
Cover cookies sheets with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden. 350F. Let cool 5 min and put on wire rack
