milk
powdered sugar

HOW YOU DO YOU MAKE THIS COOKIE FROSTING?

In a large bowl using a stand mixer or a handheld mixer, beat together the butter and powdered sugar.
Add the vanilla and milk. Beat until creamy.
Add food coloring at this point, if you want a color. Beat until the color is incorporated.
Frost those cookies!
