1 c. butter
1¼ c. sugar
2 eggs
⅔ c. sour milk
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well in-between. Sift all dry ingredients and stir into butter mixture alternating with the sour milk. Add vanilla. Chill mixture until firm. 2-3 hours. Roll out onto floured towel. Cut into shapes. Bake at 350º for 9 min.
