1 cup butter
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp water
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

1. Cream butter and powdered sugar
2. Add vanilla and water, mix well
3. Add 2 cups flour, mix well
4. Add chopped walnuts
5. Form small balls
6. Bake on an ungreased sheet at 300 for 20 minutes
7. While hot roll in powdered sugar again

These are very similar to italian wedding cookies. They are so yummy, but are a dry type cookie so if you like something soft and chewy this one is not for you.
