Ingredients:
2 sticks softened butter
1 c. granulated sugar
¾ c. brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
3½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
10 ounces chocolate chips
mini size candy bars of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a stand or electric mixer, cream butter and sugars until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla until well combined.

Place flour, baking soda, and salt in large bowl; mix, then slowly add to wet ingredients. Add chocolate chips to combine. Using a cookie scoop, take one scoop of cookie dough and wrap it around the mini candy bar so that no part of the candy bar is showing. Place onto cookie sheet and bake 9-13 minutes or until cookies are baked to your liking. If using a convection oven, bake at 325º for 13 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.

Makes about 24 large cookies. If using a small cookie scoop, makes about 60 cookies.
