1/2 stick butter
6 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk (14 oz)
1 tsp vanilla
6 cups parched peanuts (husked and ground)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar and milk until soft ball stage. Add ground peanuts and vanilla. Pour into a buttered 9x13 dish. After hardened cut into squares.
