1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp root beer extract
1 tsp baking soda
3 ½ c. flour
1 tsp salt
add ¼ c. water if to dry

Icing
½ c. butter
2 c. icing sugar
1 tsp root beer extract
2 tsp hot water
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Mix all ingredients into a bowl until well mixed.
3. Roll dough into small balls and press with a glass to flatten.
4. Bake for 10-15 mins.
5. Glaze when cookies are hot.
