2 pkgs Stella D'Oro Angenetti's
2 small cans of crushed pineapple
1 lg cream cheese
1 lg cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Drain crushed pineapple- good!
Beat cream cheese and pineapple 3 minutes.
Fold in cool whip, mix at low speed 1 minute

Cut Angenetti's in half and fill with cream cheese mixture, put top on and chill.

Unfortunately, Angenetti's were discontinued by Stella D'Oro but I kept this recipe in case they ever show up again. This recipe is one of mold time favorites.
Maybe some creative person can come up with an alternative for the Angenetti's.
