Personal Notes:
I took my mother's stuffing recipe and tweaked it a little. I always loved the sausage and veggies in her stuffing, but she used milk and use to stuff it in the turkey. Not a good practice and I liked the 50-50 combination of corn bread and regular cube stuffing. The funny thing is, I was driving to work one day and on the radio they were sharing the secret stuffing recipe for Lowe's Coronado Resort...it was my 50-50 combination!
