2 cups boiling water
2 cups Bran Flakes
1 cup oil
3 cups sugar
4 cups (1 quart) buttermilk
4 eggs (can use flax/water substitute: 1 Tbs ground flax, 3 Tbs water for every egg)
5 cups flour
5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
4 cups All Bran cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over Bran Flakes. Set aside. Cream oil and sugar. Add buttermilk, eggs (or egg substitute) and hot Bran Flakes. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Add All Bran cereal and mix well. Refrigerate 24 hours before baking. Bake in greased muffin tins at 400 for 20 minutes.
