Ingredients:
Wet Ingredients
2 Sticks of Un-Salted Room Temperature Butter
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs

Dry Ingredients
2.5 Cups of Flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of salt

12-16 oz of Chocolate Chips-- Semi Sweet or Milk Chocolate
12-16 oz of White Chocolate Chips
12 oz of Favorite M&Ms-- Peanut Butter is Favorite

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter, sugar, brown sugar, add vanilla and 2 eggs, continue mixing until creamy and smooth, but do not over mix

Slowly sift dry ingredients into wet, until fully combined, if dough is still 'sticky' then add 1/4 cup of flour until mixed.

Can use mixer for everything including incorporating chocolate chips into dough, but hand fold M&Ms into dough

Chill Dough for 10-15 minutes (not absolutely necessary, but helps with cooking)

Spoon 3-5oz of dough on to cookie sheet, evenly spaced

Cook in pre-heated oven at 360-370º at lower shelf for 10-12 minutes

Variable for time and oven temp is based on each specific oven and chill time...

Do not pull cookies based on just time, edge and top of cookies should just start to be lightly brown and almost look under cooked, when you remove them from oven.

VERY IMPORTANT---Leave Cookies on pan for another 9-12 minutes, the bottom will continue to cook and crisp up on the pan.

Remove from pan onto parchment/wax paper to continue to cool, then store in airtight container.

Recipe can be easily doubled or tripled.

I also am overly generous with the amount of chocolate chips that I add, essentially don't be afraid to add more....
