Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 c water, lukewarm
8 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp instant yeast (2 pkgs)
2 eggs
7-8 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and 4 c flour. In separate large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil and water. Add flour/yeast mixture and salt. Blend well and add remaining flour until dough is no longer sticky. Knead until dough is soft.

Let rise for 15 min. Punch down...do not knead! Let rise again for 15 min. Punch down and form into buns. Put buns in greased pan, let rise in a warm place.

Bake at 350º F for 20-30minutes.

I like to split this recipe in half. Make buns and cinnamon buns with the same dough!!

For Cinnamon Buns:
Roll out dough in a large rectangle. Liberally spread soft butter on dough leaving 1/2" of 1 edge butter free (this is the edge that you are sealing the dough with). Liberally sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top of butter. Roll up the dough to make a 14-inch log. Cut into 10–12 even rolls and arrange in a lightly greased 9- or 10-inch round cake pan, pie dish, or square baking pan. Let rise for in a warm place. Bake for about 30 min. Once baked, invert onto a cutting board. Want more decadence? Add a cream cheese icing.
