1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1 8-ounce block of cream cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package yellow cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat cream cheese and butter together in a medium bowl until creamy.
Stir in egg and vanilla.
Add cake mix and stir until well blended.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls
Roll balls in the confectioner's sugar and place 1 inch apart on a cookie sheet
Bake in oven for 10 to13 minutes.
Remove from oven and transfer to wire racks to cool.
