2 lbs candied cherries
1/2 lbs candied pineapple *
1/2 lbs almonds
1/2 lbs brazils
2 eggs
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp b. powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c. butter
1/2 c sugar

-Mix like cookies
-Drop onto ungreased cake sheet
-Bake 10 minutes at 400º
-Do not overbake

*This recipe is from the menu book Sverre developed when he was working aboard a fishing ship as the cook. The recipe being in his handwritting was a challenge to read and while unsure if it was candied pineapple or something else it should be noted this ingredient is up for discussion.
