3 C Homemade Cake Mix
1 1/2 C Sugar
2 Tbsp Grated Orange Rind
Juice of 1 Orange
2 Eggs

Orange Frosting
1/3 C Butter or Oleo
3 C Powder Sugar
2 tsp Orange Rind
3 Tbsp Orange Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ringed. Add enough water to orange juice to make 1 C. add 3/4 C of Orange Juice / water to mix. Beat 1 minute. add rest of Orange juice/water and eggs. Beat 2 minutes. Spread in2 greased wax paper lined 8" round pans. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes

Orange Frosting
Combine the butter or Oleo, powder sugar, orange rind, orange juice, and beat. Add more juice if necessary.
