1 cup butter (room temp)
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2.5 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups oatmeal
12 oz chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar brown, sugar and eggs until fluffy with mixer. Slowly add in baking powder, baking soda and flour. Mix well. Once mixed add oatmeal and chocolate chips slowly.
Drop 1 inch round cookie dough balls on to undressed cookie sheet.
Bake for 7-8 min 375º
This makes a double batch approx 36-42 cookies
