1-1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup white chocolate chips
1-1/2 dried cherries (best if cut in halves, but I know that’s annoying)

Preheat oven to 350º

Whisk flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl. In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats, cherries and white chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoons onto parchment lined baking sheets.

Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cookies cool on wire racks.
