¾ Stick Crisco Baking Stick All-Vegetable Shortening
¾ C. Sugar
¾ C. Brown Sugar, firmly packed
2 Eggs
2 t. Vanilla
1 C. All Purpose Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Cinnamon
¼ t. Salt
2 ¾ C. Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (not steel cut)
1 C. Dried Cranberries
1 C. Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Beat shortening, sugar and brown sugar in large bowl on medium speed with electric mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat into shortening mixture until blended. Stir in oats, cranberries and walnuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2" apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Store tightly covered.
