Ingredients: COOKIE DOUGH
½ Cup Crisco 2 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 cup sugar 2 tablespoons cream 3½ cups of Gluten Free flour (King Arthur or Bob Mills)
FROSTING
½ cup butter 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese softened 4 cups of powdered sugar 3 teaspoons vanilla

Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add 2 eggs, well beaten. Mix in cream and vanilla. Sift flour and baking powder together. Add to cream mixture. Roll out ⅛ to ¼ inch thick. Bake at 375º for 8 minutes or until light brown.
FROSTING
Cream butter, cream cheese. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add food coloring as needed. |

Notes: This recipe is from Kaiti Jones. This recipe works especially well using gluten free 1:1 flour. It is suggested that you sift the flour before adding to recipe.
Kaiti recommends cutting frosting recipe in half, as this recipe makes a lot. Also, this recipe takes food coloring real well. You can always freeze frosting and use at a later date.
