2¼ cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 sticks unsalted butte, melted
¼ cup sugar
1¼ cups brown sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons milk
1½ teaspoons vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda; set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, pour in the melted butter. Add sugar and brown sugar; cream the butter and sugars on medium speed. Add the egg, yolk, milk, and vanilla; mix until well combined. Slowly incorporate the flour mixture until thoroughly combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Chill the dough. Once chilled, take scoops of dough and space evenly apart on parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake at 375º for 9 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely and store in airtight container.
