Cake

3 ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup oil
4 eggs
½ cup milk
Dash of salt
Dash of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 2 (9”) pie pans with cooking spray. Set aside.

In large mixing bowl, beat together dry cake mix, dry pudding mix, oil, sour cream, milk, vanilla and salt. Beat well to combine. Add in eggs, mixing in one at a time.

Divide the batter evenly between the 2 prepared pans. Bake 18-25 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean. Let the cakes cook completely before icing. (I let them cool in the pan about 30 minutes on a cooling rack, then remove them from pans to finish cooling on the cooling rack.)
