1 egg
1 cube butter
1 C chopped dates
1 C sugar
2 C crispy rice cereal
1 C cooked spanish peanuts
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter slowly, stir in sugar and beaten egg and dates in a frying pan. Incorporate well, stir over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Mixture will be thick and gooey. Stir in peanuts and cereal. Form into small balls and roll through coconut.
