Ingredients:  
4 cups flour
1 tblsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch of salt
1 rind lemon
4 eggs
1 cup margarine
2 cups icing sugar
juice of 1 lemon
½ cup cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for cocoa.
Divide in half, add cocoa to one half.
Divide each dough into two.
Roll out on floured aluminum foil.
Put black on white.
Roll like jelly roll.
Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate several hours.
Cut into thin slices.
Bake at 350º for 10 - 15 minutes.
