Mix well, add to starter let stand out of refrigerator all day (8 to 12 hrs.). Mixture will be bubbly. Take out 1 cup to make bread and return remainder to fridge and feed again in 3-5 days. If not making bread after feeding starter, give away or throw out.
To make bread twice a week, feed starter on Tues am, mix dough Tues night. Make bread on Wed. Feed starter on Friday am, mix Friday night and make bread Sat.

Remember if you don't make the bread after feeding starter, take a cup and give or throw away.

Be sure to use Hungary Jack instant potatoes. Make sure the box has "flakes" on it, down in right hand corner. The other kind won't do. You must use Pillsbury Bread Flour" it's in a brown & white bag.

Keep container for starter lightly covered, could explode if too tight.
