3 dozen ripe tomatoes
6 medium onions
6 green peppers
6 red peppers
1 bunch celery- or 6-8 stalks

1 1/2 c sugar
2 c vinegar
4 T salt
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
Dash of red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil tomatoes, onions, peppers and celery about 30 minutes or so then add the remaining ingredients.
Penciled in note: Cooked about 1 1/2 hours.

This recipe does not specify that it was bottled, but since this is a "Ranch" recipe and with this amount and with vinegar added, my hunch is it was probably preserved.
