2 cups flour
¾ cup brown sugar
2 cups mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup butter or margarine
1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients. Press into 9x13 pan. Microwave peanut butter and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Spread on top.
