Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat over to 295 or 350

Cookie Crumble Base:
Step 1: Take 1 cup of Oreos and Chocolate Chip cookies and blend them in the blender. (be sure to save 6 cookies for decoration) or more if needed
Step 2: Once it has been blended add all of your cookie crumbles in a bowl. Add 2tbs of unsalted butter. (melted)
Set to the side

Cake Base
Step 1: Using a mixing bowl or plastic bowl, add all of your ingredients (as measured) except the chocolate milk. Slowly add your chocolate milk as the cake mix is mixing.
Step 2: Add a pinch of rice to the bottom of your cupcake/cake pan and apply the cupcake liners. The rice eliminates the liners sticking to the pan and makes an easy assembly when transferring the cupcakes to your cupcake boxes.
Step 3: Add a spoon full of your cookie crumble mix inside the cupcake liners and use a ice cream scooper or something round to flatten (Creating a base)
Step 4: Add 2tbs of Cake mix.
Step 6: Place it in the oven for 25-30 minutes depending on degrees.

When finished you can use buttercream. You can add butter cream using a open tool and smash it down on wax paper. When you lift it back up the icing will be flat as if you were applying fondant. Then you can dip the cupcakes inside the remaining crumbly mix or make more mix if needed. Second, you can just add the cookies on top, flat down. (NOT INSIDE) but flat down. Just like fondant.
